The Nissan Navara has been redesigned for the 2011 model year with the most noticeable changes to the fascia with a completely redesigned grille, headlights and bumper, it also received two new engines a 3.0lt V6 diesel engine with an output of 230hp/450lb-ft of torque and a 2.5DCi I4 which outputs 190hp/332lb-ft of torque representing an 11% improvement over the previous engine. Both engines are paired with either a 7-speed automatic or manual transmission.
The 2011 Nissan Navara comes in three models the Acenta with a starting OTR of 20,223.00 available in Double Cab or King Cab body styles both with the 2.5DCi diesel engine, the Tekna at 24,903.00 only available as a Double Cab and the Outlaw V6 at 34,143.00, also only as available as a double cab with the new 3.0lt V6 with the 7-speed automatic transmission.
New additions to features available with the new 2011 Nissan Navara include 17"alloy wheels, ESP stability control and side curtain airbags standard. Options available include heated leather seats and electric sunroof, cruise control with a speed limiter, auto headlamps. With the Tekna & the Outlaw V6 you can order the Nissan Connect Premium HDD Navigation and Entertainment System with hi-resolution touch-screen, 40GB satnav offers 3D street level mapping, USB & iPod connectivity and rear parking camera. The 9GB music centre is capable of downloading and storing the equivalent of 250Cds, DVD playback possible only when vehicle is stationary. The Outlaw V6 has a 3000kg towing capacity, leather seats, 18" alloy wheels are standard, built in Bose sound system and electric sunroof.
Nissan offers a 3-year or 60,000 miles drive train warranty with their new vehicles as well as a 3-year paint warranty and a 12-year anti-corrosion warranty.
In all this years version of the Navara looks like a great option.
